The reason William Kevin Murtaugh is saying I could be arrested for felonies for discussing the FBI sketch published by the U.S. Marshals of James ‘Whitey’ Bulger, as I call out the fact that Murtaugh looks exactly like the Bulger sketch, is because Murtaugh said on his news program that if he is in fact Bulger; and that if Bulger is in the “Witness Protection Program” (WPP); anybody who exposes him will go to prison for serious felonies.
Is James ‘Whitey’ Bulger alive in the FBI WPP?
