Robert Rutowski, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office deputy that signed an affidavit is support of a felony Arrest Warrant for Field McConnell, IS THE SAME deputy that arrested Zachary Cruz, the brother of alleged Parkland School shooter Nikolas Cruz.

Broward County Robert Rutowski has quite a history of very bad behavior – and involvement with ‘mass shooting’ accusations – such as have been leveled against Field McConnell.

In 2016 Local 10 in Fort Lauderdale published ‘Lawsuit claims BSO detective accepted vacations, payments from businessman – Other deputies allegedly took money in off-the-books gift certificates” which names “Detective Robert Rutkowski“ as a bad actor in the scheme.

Rutowski seems to get around for a deputy who has been in so much trouble.

According to the Miami Herald Robert Rutowksi arrested Zachary Cruz – the brother of alleged Parkland School Shooter Nikolas Cruz.

“Zachary, according to his arrest affidavit, told arresting Deputy Robert Rutkowski that he wanted to reflect on his brother’s shooting and “soak it in” — something that alarmed students and families still shocked from the Feb. 14 massacre,” the Miami Herald reported.

The arrest of Zachary Cruz (and the ridiculous idea Nikolas Cruz was the school shooter) appeared as contrived as the arrest of Field McConnell. Video captured at the Parkland School Shooting event showed what appeared to be Broward Deputies running out a back door of the school – throwing something in the back of a truck – and driving away fast. Those deputies were never identified, while, Nikolas Cruz now faces the death penalty for what probably amounted to no more than Nikolas being a crisis actor that played a role – who was then framed.

It appeared Zachary Cruz was talking to much about his brother.

“Alarmed by his repeated visits to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and his infatuation with his sibling’s notoriety as a mass murderer, prosecutors and police moved Tuesday to keep the younger brother of Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz locked up on trespassing charges and to strip him of his ability to own a gun.

In a bond hearing for Zachary Cruz, assistant Broward state attorney Sarahnell Murphy said that the younger of the two brothers has been overheard admiring the elder’s “popularity” during jailhouse visits, and has talked about setting up a fan club for 19-year-old Nikolas. She also said Zachary was ignoring a vice principal’s order to stay away from the school when a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy arrested him Monday for skateboarding on campus after dismissal.” the Herald Reported.

The Felony charges against Field McConnell include ABSURD accusations that McConnell was planning a mass shooting or an act of terrorism. The fake warrant made allegations against Field McConnell WITHOUT A GRAND JURY INDICTMENT which violates Due Process. 

PARKLAND SCHOOL SHOOTING, MAIL BOMBER, AND THE ARREST OF TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH

Evidence shows journalists and publishers who attempt to expose what is happening in Broward County, Florida are arrested (kidnapped) using Florida FAMILY COURT ORDERS. Florida is using Family Court Orders against NON RESIDENTS AND NON FAMILY MEMBERS to strip them of their freedom and constitutional rights with no jury.

In 2018 Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer) was arrested by the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota for violating an Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence issued by Michael Kaplan in the Broward County, Florida domestic violence division. EGF police arrested Holmseth, an award-winning nws reporter with the North Dakota Newspaper Association) and charged he violated the Florida Family Order (Holmseth has no family or relationships in Florida) when he tweeted that he knew who was behind the Parkland School Shooting and Mail Bomber false flag operations staged out of Broward County.

The fraudulent Florida court order against Field McConnell almost directly mirrors the fraudulent Florida court order against Holmseth.

Field McConnell’s wife, Denise Clarke McConnell has expressed she fears that her husband’s kidnapping may spark a ‘civil war’.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions. In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
