Jeff Sessions by Timothy Charles Holmseth. Shortly after Wood published the HOLMSETH MEMO, MONTAGRAH livestreamed a telephone call to Wood and confronted Wood about posting Holmseth’s name. President Bill Clinton appointed Garland to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in 1997, and he served as its chief judge from 2013 to 2020”.
