OVERVIEW
This investigative news series explores facts, information, and evidence, that points to organized crime and connections between the murders of Christopher Edward Hallett, Ocala, Florida, and the murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana. Evidence, which is not reported by mainstream news, and/or is suppressed from public view by gag orders issued by courts, shows the same names keep coming up in kidnappings and murders all over the country. Those names come up in the Hallett and Delphi murders. Evidence shows Neely Petrie Blanchard, the woman accused of murdering Christopher Hallett, may have been framed. Likewise, evidence shows Richard Allen, the man accused of murdering Abigail Williams and Liberty German may have been framed, as well. Evidence shows the murders, and the framing of a patsy was all done by the same group.
This, the fifth installment of ARRESTED SUDDENLY, will show the organized crime network has targeted Attorney Lin Wood and Timothy Charles Holmseth.
We will also discuss Attorney Lin Wood’s abrupt re-location from Georgia to Yemassee, South Carolina in 2020, and the national profile murder case of Alex Murdaugh, which occurred 21 miles from Wood’s Tomotley plantation.
PLANTING EVIDENCE AND DNA AT CRIME SCENES
In ARRESTED SUDDENLY, Pt. 2, we showed evidence the organized crime network openly boasts of its ability to plant evidence, including DNA, at crimes scenes to frame innocent people. The network openly boasts of plans to frame Timothy Charles Holmseth.

The network used anonymously operated social media accounts on GAB social to threaten Timothy Charles Holmseth, Randi Lynn Erickson, and others. One of the accounts called @Deep_State_Dave said:

In another post by @Deep_State_Dave, the poster said, “@Timothy_Charles_Holmseth I wonder if Lin Wood remembers having dinner this night? Mike sure had his security team collect the glass after Lin used it and left. DNA, DNA, DNA….. Lin will have a very hard time litigating the charges when they drop.”

The poster Deep_State_Dave is focusing on Attorney Lin Wood and Timothy Charles Holmseth because on January 4, 2021, Wood told President Donald Trump and millions of viewers on Twitter to read a MEMO Timothy Charles Holmseth sent to AG Jeff Sessions regarding VP Mike Pence, an FBI agent named John Regan, and an international human harvesting operation that involved child sex trafficking and cannibalism.
THE ALEX MURDAUGH MURDER CASE
On November 19, 2021, Kyle Rittenhouse was found not guilty during the high-profile criminal trial in Wisconsin.
On December 9, 2021, Kyle Rittenhouse was filmed walking with South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson after having lunch at Maurice’s BBQ Piggie Park in Columbia, South Carolina. In the video published online, a man who appears to be former Navy SEAL David Hancock is seen walking a short distance behind Rittenhouse and Wilson. Hancock is regularly seen with Rittenhouse.
David Hancock was amongst a group of Navy SEALs that in 2020, assembled at the plantation called Tomotley, located in Yemassee, South Carolina. The plantation was purchased by Georgia Attorney Lin Wood in the spring of 2020. Wood assembled at Tomotley with retired General Michael Flynn, Attorney Sidney Powell, and a host of others in what has been called a command post to plan the events of January 6, 2021 in Washington DC.
Wood subsequently hired a Navy SEAL named Jeff Wobig to oversee his Yemassee property.
DAVID LESTER STRAIGHT
Shortly before January 6, 2021, David Lester Straight, Oregon, telephoned Timothy Charles Holmseth and told Holmseth he was going to meet Wood in Washington DC on January 6, 2021. Straight was a news source for Holmseth. Straight told Holmseth he was a former Navy SEAL and was with the United States Secret Service. In a recorded call, Straight told Holmseth he viewed a video of VP Mike Pence raping a little boy. Straight told Holmseth he assisted the U.S. Marines in the transfer of 2,100 kids from cages underground in California (he later said 100 died). Straight told Holmseth he served on three Presidential Commissions under President Donald J. Trump. The Commissions were ‘Human Trafficking’ ‘Judicial Corruption’ and ‘Space Force’. Straight told Holmseth he drafted an indictment for any members of U.S. Congress and/or VP Pence who might not vote to stop the certification of the 2020 Election. Straight told Holmseth they served the indictment to President Trump through a staffer. Straight told Randi Lynn Erickson they were going to try members of Congress and/or Pence and “hang them“.
Wood released a recorded telephone call between himself and Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne, where Byrne cautioned Wood to get rid of the Navy SEALs at his home because, Byrne said, they were bad news.
Attorney Lin Wood and David Hancock had a very public falling out in the fall of 2020, which included an event where Wood pulled Hancock’s sidearm from its holster, resulting in local police being called.
THE ALEX MURDAUGH MURDER CASE
On June 7, 2021, Alex Murdaugh called 911 and reported he found his wife and son dead outside their Islandton, South Carolina home.
Islandton is approximately 21 miles from Yemassee, South Carolina.
Video online shows Kyle Rittenhouse walking with South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson on December 9, 2021. Rittenhouse had been acquitted of felony charges in Wisconsin less than a month prior, on November 19, 2021. Hancock appears to be walking behind Rittenhouse and Wilson.
In the screenshot below from Twitter you see Kyle Rittenhouse walking with Attorney General Alan Wilson (former Navy SEAL David Hancock appears to be the man in the forefront).
The fact-pattern that exists regarding these relationships will prove very significant.
Attorney Lin Wood was an attorney for Kyle Rittenhouse and raised funds on behalf of Rittenhouse with an organization called #FIGHTBACK. David Hancock claims he (Hancock) was the Director of #FIGHTBACK until his relationship with Wood ended.
Rittenhouse appeared on Tucker Carlson and denounced Wood.
Wood has subsequently suggested on Telegram that Rittenhouse is merely an actor; is actually a female; and that the Kenosha, Wisconsin shooting was a planned fraud.
Timothy Charles Holmseth has traveled to Lin Wood’s plantation on three occasions. On two of the occasions Holmseth attempted to speak with Wood. On the first visit, Holmseth spoke in person with Wood’s security guard and left a package. On the second visit, Holmseth was with another person, and the two of them spoke with Wood’s property manager Ronald Stanley. Everything was filmed and recorded.
Wood has publicly stated that he does not believe the man in the videos who spoke with Stanley and his security guard is actually Timothy Holmseth.
Wood has two agents on Telegram who operate accounts. One account is called The Breb Room and is located at https://t.me/thebrebroom The other account is operated by a man who calls himself Buck Nasty.
Wood has stated through his agents Breb and Buck Nasty that the man “Timothy Charles Holmseth” who appears in many published videos at Wood’s plantation gate, is not Holmseth, but rather, the photos are part of a PSY-OP by former Navy SEAL David Hancock.
Timothy Charles Holmseth has publicly stated it is in fact him (Holmseth) at Wood’s gate.
