In this, the seventh installment, we examine evidence and ask the question: Was the FBI involved in the assassination of Congressional Auditor Christopher Edward Hallett?
THE CHAOS PROJECT
In September 2020 William Kevin Murtaugh, a media agent and operative of the FBI/CIA began publishing produced video trailers that began a countdown for what he said was the upcoming “Chaos Project”.
On a date believed to be Tuesday, September 15, 2020, dash-cam video published by William Kevin Murtaugh showed Murtaugh pulling into the FBI building in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.
Murtaugh narrated his video live. “I’m going to be paying a visit to someone that I talked to a few months ago and he asked me to come back,” Murtaugh said.
Note: Murtaugh would later state during his ‘news’ program that the FBI agents in Minnesota told him not to use their names.
Murtaugh then pulled into the FBI headquarters parking lot in Brooklyn Center.
“Welcome my friends to the FBI. I’m going to be here – going in going to talk to an agent – and hopefully I’ll be able to light some fires,” Murtaugh said, and then shut off his dash-cam.
THE YEAR OF CHAOS AND TURMOIL
The video then shows Murtaugh after he emerges from the FBI building and meeting that took place.
Murtaugh then, talking for the dash-cam microphone, proceeds to publish a report for the FBI.

“Okay that was about the longest four hours I have ever spent anywhere. These people have more questions than answers. But interestingly enough I think we’re going to make some progress here. I had quite a lengthy discussion about different things. And it was rather an interesting experience. It’s a little different than when I went over to Maitlin [Florida]. But they are aware of certain things. So, if I were some people scattered throughout the midwestern United States I would get a lawyer. And I wouldn’t get someone who does – I don’t know what the hell he calls it – but that outfit down in Ocala [Florida] (Murtaugh is referring to E~Clause LLC, Ocala, Florida, CEO, Christopher Edward Hallett) might want to get a lawyer too – by the sounds of things. There’s a lot going on that I wasn’t aware of and so this is going to be an interesting year. I think 2021 is shaping up to be the year of the Maalox moment. I’ll have to come up with a different term when I write the blog in a couple of months but in more ways than one 2021 is shaping up I would guess – if I had to say it was something – it was going to be the year of the great turmoil where there’s going to be a lot of it – so we can call it the year of chaos and turmoil. What’s interesting is you can see the FBI building from the interstate. I’ve seen this building a hundred times driving truck and didn’t even know what it was. So that’s interesting – and they have more than one office, I understand, but this is the one that they told me to come to when I got up here so that’s the one I came to,” Murtaugh said.
TWO MONTHS TO THE DAY
On November 15, 2020, Christopher Edward Hallett was assassinated in his Ocala, Florida home.
