THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PENETRATION TEST OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
In 2011 the CHINESE COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT, CIA, FBI, and CIA media assets inside the United States conducted a penetration test of the AMERICAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM.
The test was a test to determine the strength of the United States Constitution.
The objective of the test was not to protect the United States – but to prepare for the coming Chinese invasion of the United States.
The penetration test was conducted by the Chinese, CIA, and FBI to determine if (1) a foreign insurgent could be strategically placed as a ‘judge’ into a local ‘Family Court’ – and then – (2) with the swipe of a pen and NO COURT HEARING, the insurgent judge could hear a case involving two people who NEVER MET, who resided on separate sides of the Country, and then (3) determine if the fake ‘judge’ could INSTANTLY REVOKE the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights of an American citizen.
They found out they could.
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA
The Chinese penetration test was conducted in Broward County, Florida in 2011 against an FBI Jeffrey Epstein witness, Timothy Charles Holmseth, Minnesota.
Holmseth was/is a career news reporter who posed a dire threat to China’s existing military plan that was being coordinated between China, FBI, CIA and other federal agencies as the CIA conducted Tier 1 operations on American soil to overthrow the United States Government.
The results of the penetration test was vital military intelligence to the Chinese Government in advance of China’s existing military objective to TAKE OVER the JUDICIARY of the United States using foreign agents and insurgents (e.g. DACA) – – – to accumulate power through the COURTS – and eventually empower China to CRIMINALLY CHARGE an AMERICAN PRESIDENT at the ‘local’ level using an insurgent ‘judge’.
The test utilized domestic terror tactics (e.g. murder, death threats, rape threats, kidnapping, forced bestiality porn of a child, etc.) which were/are integrated into China’s military strategy to determine if the terror tactics could prevent fail-safes (e.g. Appeals Courts, BAR Association Code of Ethics, jury tampering, fair media coverage etc.) from protecting Due Process rights of the targeted victim (American People).
The Chinese penetration test was remarkably successful.
In 2023 the second stage of the CHINESE ATTACK on the JUDICIARY of the United States was launched against President/Commander in Chief Donald J. Trump.
That series of Chinese attacks became known as the “Biden Indictments”.
THE CHINESE PENETRATION TEST
In 2010, I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) was an award-winning news reporter (North Dakota Newspaper Association) and FBI JEFFREY EPSTEIN witness residing in Polk County, Minnesota.
In 2010, I was interviewed by the FBI after I was told, during recorded journalism interviews, the names of CIA-FBI-STATE DEPARTMENT-BAR ASSOCIATION agents and operatives that were operating an international organized crime cartel that was engaging in human-harvesting and child sex slave trade through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.
The human trafficking network was supplying kidnapped children (e.g. the Laura Silsby child trafficking arrest in Haiti that involved a FLORIDA attorney creating fake social security numbers for kidnapped babies) to many of the end-users of human trafficking victims – including an end-user named JEFFREY EPSTEIN.
I was told during recorded interviews, by eyewitnesses, in extensive detail, about a CIA agent using the name “John Regan” who also uses the name and title “FBI agent Bob Hamer”.
In 2010, I was interviewed by Minneapolis FBI special agent A.J. Eilerman and alerted the FBI to the key figures in the matter.
THE CHINESE CIA-FBI INSURGENCY & THE 2020 U.S. ELECTIONS
In February 2017, shortly after Donald Trump became the President of the United States, having defeated Hillary Rodham Clinton, Trump fired retired U.S. Army General Michael Flynn from his position as National Security Advisor.
In April 2017, Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard & CIA contractor Craig (Sawman) Sawyer, along with Alex Jones (INFO WARS) launched VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC. (V4CR). The fake child rescue group was a foreign paramilitary operation that publicly stated in media releases that they were conducting “Tier 1 Operations” on American soil.

THE CHINESE PENETRATION TEST – DETAILS & BACKGROUND
In 2009, the CIA – desperate to STOP my (Timothy Charles Holmseth) news reporting attempted to have me arrested by local police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. The police REJECTED those efforts in 2009 because the U.S. Constitution protected my rights. The police deemed the complaints made against me to be a civil matter not subject to criminal law.
In 2010, I was interviewed by the FBI.
In 2011, I released a book that showed photos, including a photo of CHINESE AGENT BOB HAMER. BOB HAMER (aka CIA-FBI John Regan) was a member of a team assembled by a Florida Law Office that was trafficking in child rape pornography of a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings.
In 2011, after I published my book “In Re: HaLeigh Cummings (The Shocking Truth Revealed)” insurgents of the CIA and FBI conspired with a ‘Family Court’ judge named MICHAEL KAPLAN in Broward County, Florida (a State where I have never been) to fraudulently create a ‘LIFETIME’ INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE court order (this is a court function intended to protect victims of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and requires a dating/marital/sexual relationship as defined by Florida statute between the parties to apply) to ‘protect’ a Florida Attorney that I had never physically met in my life (but telephonically interviewed and legally/lawfully recorded when the attorney repeatedly telephoned and emailed me, offering me information that the attorney wanted me to report).
The Florida ‘Family Court’ held hearings without me present and then ordered me to RETROACTIVELY REMOVE news I had already lawfully published; ordered me to turn over all my FIREARMS & AMMUNITION to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office; and ordered me to NEVER make as much as an ‘indirect reference’ to the Petitioner by any form of ‘electronic communication’ for the rest of my life or face PRISON.
I am NOT a felon.
Despite me NOT being a felon and having never met the Petitioner and having never been to the State of Florida, I was instantly STRIPPED OF ALL MY SPEECH AND GUN RIGHTS. My name was instantly placed into a FEDERAL database.
The Broward County States Attorney’s Office subsequently issued a MEMO that REJECTED an attempt by the CIA to have me arrested on a felony charge of violating the fraudulently obtained domestic violence protection order.
Broward County States Attorney Prosecutor Marie Wolf categorically stated in her MEMO that the domestic violence injunction did not meet the Florida requirements of a ‘domestic’ relationship and refused to enforce it.
However – States Attorney Wolf took no further action.
China had effectively gotten ‘inside the wire’ – the perimeter created by the United States Constitution that protects the American People – because the State of Florida did not take any legal action against the conspirators.
THE CHINESE STRONGHOLD & MINNESOTA
The Chinese government operatives acting in Florida, subsequently made contact with the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, as well as Attorney Ronald Galstad, city attorney, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, and electronically transmitted a copy of the bogus INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE to those Minnesota allies of China.
CHINA and MINNESOTA entered into a conspiracy to ‘enforce’ the unconstitutional and fraudulently obtained ‘domestic violence injunction’ that was rejected by States Attorney Wolf in Florida.
Attorney Ronald Galstad, under the protection of CHINESE AGENT & MINNESOTA GOVERNOR TIM WALZ, used the STATE OF MINNESOTA to criminally charge me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) with a series of Minnesota misdemeanors that accused me of “Harassment” which were escalated to felony status under a habitual offender scheme.

In March 2024, Neely Petrie-Blanchard terminated her attorney Jack Maro after she realized Maro was conspiring against her with the FBI and others, and that together with those others, had developed a Defense Theory in her case that involved calling several anti-Trumpers as “expert witnesses” who were going to testify about QAnon, mind-control, Sovereign Citizens, and cults. While Blanchard appeared to support a defense of insanity, she clearly did NOT plan to say she was insane due to “QAnon”, nor did she seek to attack President Donald Trump. Emerging documents recently filed by Blanchard reveal Blanchard has been laser-focused on what is called the Havana Syndrome. It appears Maro was deceiving his client Blanchard into believing the truth about what happened at the Christopher Hallett residence on November 15, 2020, was going to be addressed, and that whatever truly happened was going to be a viable temporary insanity defense. Blanchard’s focus on Havana Syndrome indicates something occurred at the Hallett residence that may have involved a Directed Energy Weapon (DEW). Maro’s deceptive practices involving Blanchard effectively caused the false impression to be made that Blanchard, by pleading insanity, was admitting she murdered Hallett. However, that is not true. THE BIDEN INDICTMENTS and THE FIFTH THAT FIZZLED
On March 21, 2023, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged President Donald Trump with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree in what is known as the “Stormy Daniels” “Hush Money” case.
On June 9, 2023, news outlets reported President Trump had been indicted by a federal Grand Jury with 37 charges – most of which alleged violations of the Espionage Act stemming from documents seized from Trump after the infamous FBI raid of Mar-A-Lago.
On August 1, 2023, President Trump was indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith for what has become known as the January 6 case. Trump faces four charges: conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding; obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding; and conspiracy against rights.
On August 14, 2023, President Trump and 18 others were indicted by a Grand Jury in Fulton County, Georgia on allegations of election fraud, racketeering and other charges related to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
With the polls showing DeSantis and Haley having no path to victory against Trump, people began to wonder why DeSantis and Haley refused to bow out.
The reason is because DeSantis and Haley were waiting for the big news about the “QAnon Mom” and the “cult of Trump” that drove Neely Blanchard insane.

The big bombshell never came because during that time period, a woman from Toronto, Canada named Alexandra Koukounakis began having video and telephone conversations with Blanchard who is being held in Marion County. Koukounakis advised Blanchard that Murtaugh was wearing FBI clothes and airing Livestreams where he was publicly saying Blanchard is “guilty”.

On May 1, 2026, the Florida 5th District Court of Appeals DECIDED on an appeal filed on behalf of Neely Petrie-Blanchard, Appellant, v. State of Florida, Appellee.
Blanchard was convicted [framed] of first-degree murder after Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, was assassinated on November 15, 2020, in his Ocala, FL home – shot in the head.
“For three and a half years, Petrie-Blanchard was represented by private counsel, but a month before trial she dismissed her attorney and sought to represent herself. The trial court conducted an adequate Faretta 2 inquiry and allowed her to proceed pro se,” the Court said.
“Accordingly, Petrie-Blanchard’s judgment is AFFIRMED, but we REVERSE her sentence and REMAND for resentencing with either appointed counsel or waiver of the right to counsel,” the Court said.

In the summer of 2020 William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, filmed himself at the FBI building in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, where he reported that he had just met with FBI agents for “four hours” regarding what Murtaugh called “The Chaos Project” and/or “Operation Chaos”.
Murtaugh issued a veiled threat via his ‘FBI parking lot video’ to Timothy Charles Holmseth and his Power of Attorney, Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, Ocala, Florida, (Hallett was assassinated shortly thereafter on November 15, 2020, shot in the head in his kitchen). In 2019 Hallett issued a Lawful Notification of Process to President Donald Trump and Senator Lindsey Graham citing emolument violations in the four bogus criminal cases the STATE OF MINNESOTA brought against Holmseth to prevent Holmseth from reporting to the public what he told the Minneapolis FBI about an FBI-CIA agent named John Regan (aka FBI agent Bob Hamer), attorneys, and others, who were selling babies and kids for Jeffrey Epstein and through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC. Hallett also issued a Cease-and-Desist Order to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Minnesota that was served upon the Sheriff by former administrative tax judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota.
After leaving the FBI parking lot, Murtaugh proceeded North in his vehicle to Polk County, Minnesota where he filmed the former home of Timothy Charles Holmseth; filmed Holmseth’s old parking spot; filmed Holmseth’s former place of employment; filmed the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, MN; and met with Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department to discuss Holmseth (Holmseth no longer even lived in East Grand Forks, Minnesota).
During the same time-window in 2020 that Murtaugh was planning Operation Chaos with Minnesota FBI agents, Craig (Sawman) Sawyer, FBI agent Bob Hamer, U.S. Navy Vice Admiral Charles W. Moore, and James Hill, began a terror campaign against Holmseth under the protection of the FBI and other federal agencies that V4CR publicly stated they are working with at VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC.
