In this, the 12th installment of ARRESTED SUDDENLY we are going to show you a video that shows FBI-CIA media agent and operative William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, met with the FBI in Minnesota on September 16, 2020, to discuss “OPERATION CHAOS”.
On September 16, 2020, William Murtaugh exited the FBI building in Minnesota and promptly made his announcement that the FBI told him, during a four (4) hour meeting, there was “chaos” and “turmoil” coming in 2021.
Evidence shows the FBI laid out the details to Wiliam Murtaugh of everything that was going to happen. Evidence also show the FBI not only knew what was going to happen, but, also, had been participating in the planning that was required to make the events happen. That is the only logical conclusion because some of the events did not occur until two months later.
Murtaugh went Live on November 6, 2020, and announced “payback” was coming to “QAnon” because Joe Biden was going to be the President. Murtaugh said there were going to be “hearings” and “investigations” and people were going to “jail”.

On November 6, 2020, William Murtaugh accurately predicted the future. The following is a partial transcription from Murtaugh’s November 6, 2020, announcement that he made on behalf of the FBI.

“This is William K. Murtaugh – Murtwitnessone – and this is more or less a rather interesting Friday. This is a little bit after 9 O’ Clock in the morning – I am on way to the Orlando Airport as I always am – and it would appear barring any changes that by sometime late today Joe Biden is going to be the next President of the United States. He will be the 46th President of the United States. And this is going to cause a lot of people to be angry on both sides. And there’s going to be payback. Now that payback is not going to be completely from whom you would expect. And the target of that payback is one that should have been expected and is going to happen. And the target of the payback is QAnon. Because now a lot of people are going to want to know if it was disinformation from QAnon and some of the other groups out there – and even once again Russia – that caused things to happen the way they did in this election cycle and other events that have happened over the past several years – but there going to conduct hearings, investigations, and there are plans underway right now to engage in payback against the QAnons. QAnons made and continue to make a lot of enemies. There are people that are really pissed off at QAnon. And so they’re going to – they’re going to make them pay – and they’re going to make them pay dearly. A lot of people are going to go to jail. A lot of people are going to be humiliated. As the resentment and anger builds up in the next few weeks – maybe a month or two – maybe a month or three – that they are going to make those who supported QAnon pay for their actions. And there’s one group in particular that is going to pay dearly – and this is a group from Minnesota, Arkansas, Iowa, Ohio, Utah, Oregon, Washington, and elsewhere. What I suppose you would call the American QAnon. Because without the support of one man – Mr. Trump – QAnon is going to fall apart,” William Kevin Murtaugh said.

THE TRUE IDENITY OF WILLIAM KEVIN MURTAUGH (JAMES ‘WHITEY’ BULGER ???)
Questions surround the true identity of William Kevin Murtaugh. Murtaugh, who wears CIA and FBI logos and a laminated FBI badge when he reports the news, appears to be identical to the sketch created by a FBI sketch artist, of FBI informant and fugitive of James ‘Whitey’ Bulger, which was published by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota, has requested U.S. Congress and the Weaponization of the Federal Government subcommittee subpoena the records of the four-hour (4 hour) meeting that took place on September 16, 2020, between William Kevin Murtaugh and the FBI in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.
