On April 17, 2023 a video appeared on Bitchute entitled, “HALLETT MURDER EYEWITNESS SAID IT TOOK 7 MINUTES TO REACH 911 (BUT TOLD 911 SHOOTER WAS STILL THERE)” The video features a segment of the 911 call made by Shannon Mutter Tanis on November 15, 2020, to report the shooting of Christopher Edward Hallett. The segment of the 911 call reveals that when Tanis was asked by the 911 operator if the shooter was still there, she said “yes”. However, a second call that surfaced later, that was made after the shooting, reveals Tanis claimed she could not get through to 911 for seven minutes.
On April 18, 2023, another video called, “BREAKING NOW! 911 CALL REVEALS EYEWITNESS TWICE REFERRED TO THE SHOOTER IN E-CLAUSE MURDER AS “HE“” appeared online featuring a portion of the 911 call made by Tanis. The video reveals Tanis referred to the shooter as “he”. The accused murderer is Neely Petrie Blanchard – a female.
We are now revealing that on November 16, 2020 (the day after Christopher Hallet’s murder) Shannon Mutter Tanis told multiple individuals to keep their mouths shut.
