In this, our fourteenth installment, we will PROVE the truth and accuracy of the findings of our thirteenth installment, because the FBI’s media agent William Kevin Murtaugh (possibly known as James ‘Whitey’ Bulger) immediately responded to our report. Murtaugh made statements that categorically proved there is a conspiracy underway involving the FBI, and possibly others at the State level of government and law enforcement and the BAR Association, to FRAME Timothy Holmseth and Randi Erickson for non-existent crimes that the FBI and others PLAN to CREATE by fabricating phony and/or inaccurate connections between Holmseth and Erickson to Neely Petrie Blanchard, in a plan that is designed to support a ‘Guilty by Reason of Insanity’ plea that Blanchard will be coerced into making.
SPOILER ALERT: William Kevin Murtaugh (possibly known as James ‘Whitey’ Bulger) is an operative of the FBI and in presently in the process of executing a plan to place Murtaugh in the Florida courtroom during the murder trial of Neely Petrie Blanchard, whereupon Murtaugh is going to be integrated and/or grafted into the official proceedings. The plan is to introduce Murtaugh, and/or ‘evidence’ Murtaugh claims to have, which will be accepted by the Florida Court and used to FRAME innocent people (i.e., Neely Blanchard, Timothy Holmseth, and Randi Erickson) and PROTECT the guilty (the assassins of Christopher Edward Hallett). FBI Murtaugh categorically accused Randi Erickson and Timothy Holmseth of a federal crime – 18 U.S. Code § 373 – Solicitation to commit a crime of violence.
On April 16, 2023, only hours after we published our thirteenth installment, FBI Media agent William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka,
Florida, went Live on his You Tube channel from The Desk of Murtwitnesonelive and talked about Timothy Holmseth and Randi Erickson being “directly responsible for the murder of Christopher Hallett“.
The following video appeared on Bitchute and features clips of FBI Murtaugh reporting that Timothy Holmseth and Randi Erickson may be involved in the murder of Christopher E. Hallett. Murtaugh says he (Murtaugh) may have evidence of Holmseth and Erickson’s guilt that may come out during the trial. “There is an allegation that Timothy Holmseth and Randi Erickson may be the reason Neely Petrie Blanchard murdered Chris Hallett. It’s called incitement to commit murder,”
Murtaugh refers to his planned presence in the courtroom during the upcoming Blanchard trial as “going to court”. “Somebody is terrified of me going to court. That’s there’s information that I may have, or may see in court,” Murtaugh said. Murtaugh said there is a “cover up” by Randi Erickson and he is going to contact the States Attorney in the Blanchard murder case and get to the bottom of it.
WILLIAM KEVIN MURTAUGH AND THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI)

THE FBI, WILLIAM KEVIN MURTAUGH, AND OPERATION CHAOS
In or about September 2020, William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, began announcing “Operation Chaos” and/or “The Chaos Project” and began promoting it on social media. In September 2020 Murtaugh traveled by air from Florida to Minnesota where he filmed his travels with dash-cam and cameras, and showed he met with the Minneapolis FBI for, according to Murtaugh, “four hours”. Murtaugh exited the FBI building in Minnesota and promptly turned his camera on to make his video announcement that the FBI told him, during a four (4) hour meeting, there was “chaos” and “turmoil” coming in 2021. During his travels to Minnesota, Murtaugh drove by rent-a-car to Plum City, Wisconsin, and filmed the former studio of Field McConnell. Murtaugh then drove to Osceola, Wisconsin and filmed the office building of McConnell’s on-air partner Dr. Michael Olson (Dr. Good vibes). Murtaugh then drove to East Grand Forks, Minnesota, where he filmed the former residence of Timothy Charles Holmseth. Murtaugh drove to a former place of employment of Holmseth and filmed it. Murtaugh drove to the police department in East Grand Forks and met with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek. Murtaugh drove to the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, Minnesota and obtained documents regarding Timothy Holmseth. Murtaugh also drove to the police department in Elk River, Minnesota.
Murtaugh, who wears “FBI”, “Federal Agent”, and “CIA” logos, and features a laminated FBI badge hanging around his neck, has repeatedly gone Live on his program From The Desk of Murtwitnessonelive, and said Timothy Holmseth and Randi Erickson are somehow involved in international human trafficking. Murtaugh created a presentation using maps and narratives that showed Minnesota, as well as other States, and pitched the idea that Holmseth and Erickson are working with a network that traffics children on international waters using a yacht.
