Retired truck driver in Florida claims to be FBI investigator – says he “predicted” Hallett murder – announces from his trailer home “Neely Blanchard” is “cooperating”

We are covering the assassination of Congressional Oversight Defense Contractor Christopher E. Hallett.
Hallett, 50, was shot dead in his Marion County, Florida home on November 15, 2020.
Based upon eyewitness accounts of Shannon Mutter-Tanis, the only adult at the scene when law enforcement arrived, Neely Petrie-Blanchard was promptly arrested the next day and charged with 2nd Degree Murder.
Court records show Blanchard has pled “Not Guilty” and is being held apart from other prisoners.
During the course of our preliminary journalistic investigation we discovered and published the following:
- Shannon Mutter-Tanis claimed she could not get through to 911 for seven minutes, because, she said, her cell phone was from out of State
- Tanis was NOT tested for gunpowder residue
- Tanis refused to give law enforcement her phone and was allowed to keep it
- Tanis was placed in the back of a squad car but refused to let the officer shut the door because, she said, she was already cooperating – and the officers complied with Tanis
- Blanchard’s arrest in Georgia was coordinated by two deputy brothers – one was a deputy in Florida, and one was a deputy in Georgia – they coordinated with their telephones to locate Blanchard at a gas station in Georgia and arrest her
- Records show Hallett was working with Congress and the highest levels of government (President Donald J. Trump) regarding emoluments violations that lead to international child trafficking

On December 3, 2020 William K. Murtaugh hosted a You Tube Livestream.
We have identified Murtaugh’s Livestreams to be an online meeting place for domestic terror operatives to discuss criminal activity and terror operations while disguised as ‘chat’. Murtaugh’s show is a communication vessel to provide members of the terror network with information regarding targets of their terror operations. We have identified many specific operatives who claim to be FBI and/or working with FBI although background checks show they have serious criminal background, are in debt, suffer from obvious addiction, hiding from service of court documents, running from rent, exhibit horrible hygiene, are obsessed with sex of all kinds, laugh about rape and sexual assault, laugh about bestiality, publish pictures of Satan, and commit a steady stream of online crimes.
On December 3, 2020, William K. Murtaugh said, “Neely is cooperating. And there is going to be developments as we go down the road. There are investigations going on. And, there are going to be indictments and the facts are going to come out,” Murtaugh said.

WILLAM K. MURTAUGH DISCUSSES THE MURDER WEAPON IN CHRISTOPER HALLET MURDER CASE
During the livestream Murtaugh and terror operatives on the chat log began floating a rumor that Christopher Hallett was murdered by Neely Blanchard with a gun owned by former U.S. Marine Field McConnell. McConnell is a 911/Boeing whistleblower, as well as a whistleblower on international child sex trafficking.
During the livestream Murtaugh reported the names of individuals he says are going to be indicted as result of the Blanchard/Hallett investigation.
BACKGROUND – WILLIAM K. MURTAUGH
William K. Murtaugh, 70, describes himself as a “retired truck driver”. Records show Murtaugh is in debt. He lives in a trailer home in a suburb near Orlando with no air conditioning or heat. He says he survives on Social Security. His oral hygiene appears very bad due to years of neglect.
William Murtaugh makes regular claims to be a federal operative that works as an investigator for the FBI and local law enforcement in Florida.
In September of 2020, Murtaugh published videos and statements to show he traveled from Florida to Minnesota and met with two FBI agents at the Minneapolis FBI office for four (4) hours. Murtaugh claims to be investigating an international child trafficking operation.
While Murtaugh was in Minnesota he posted WANTED/REWARD posters of award-winning news reporter and FBI witness Timothy Charles Holmseth, as part of what Murtaugh called “OPERATION CHAOS”. Murtaugh staked out a UPS store in Elk River, Minnesota where waited to see if Holmseth would enter the building.
Murtaugh’s “OPERATION CHAOS” was/is run in coordination with Hillary Clinton’s former security detail, Navy SEAL Craig (Sawman) Sawyer, CEO, Veterans For Child Rescue. Holmseth uncovered evidence that Sawyer is committing interstate wire fraud and has been accused of being a “pedophile” and “human trafficker” by a victim (Adrian John Wells). Sawyer contacted Holmseth and warned Holmseth his “team” (FBI, CIA, SEALS, Delta Force) was coming to get Holmseth.

In 2008, Channel 6, Orlando, covered the activities of Murtaugh who they described as “kind of creepy” after he bought an old news van live truck, began pretending he was a news reporter, and followed law enforcement’s investigators around in the Casey Anthony murder case.

Murtaugh got in trouble after he claimed to know the identity of missing child Trenton Duckett’s abductor. His User Name appears as the author of a person bragging about murdering Trenton and five other children, where he laughed about kidnapping, raping, and murdering little kids. The chat log discussion was so horribly graphic the author laughed about fluids and excrement that comes out of a child’s anus when they are raped.
