We are covering the assassination of Congressional Oversight Defense Contractor Christopher E. Hallett.
Hallett, 50, was shot dead in his Marion County, Florida home on November 15, 2020.
Based upon eyewitness accounts of Shannon Mutter-Tanis, the only adult at the scene when law enforcement arrived, Neely Petrie-Blanchard was promptly arrested the next day and charged with 2nd Degree Murder.
Court records show Blanchard has pled “Not Guilty” and is being held with no bail.
During the course of our preliminary journalistic investigation we discovered and published the following:
- Shannon Mutter-Tanis claimed she could not get through to 911 for seven minutes, because, she said, her cell phone was from out of State
- Tanis was NOT tested for gunpowder residue
- Tanis refused to give law enforcement her phone and was allowed to keep it
- Tanis was placed in the back of a squad car but refused to let the officer shut the door because, she said, she was already cooperating – and the officers complied with Tanis
- Blanchard’s arrest in Georgia was coordinated by two deputy brothers – one was a deputy in Florida, and one was a deputy in Georgia – they coordinated with their telephones to locate Blanchard at a gas station in Georgia and arrest her
- Records show Hallett was working with Congress and the highest levels of government (President Donald J. Trump) regarding emoluments violations that lead to international child trafficking

The cold-blooded murder of Congressional Oversight Defense Contractor Christopher E. Hallett, who was shot in the back in his Marion County, Florida home on November 15, 2020, was instantly chalked up by law enforcement and State prosecutors as a crime of passion by a mother, Neely Petrie-Blanchard, who lost her mind because Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, wasn’t getting her kids back for her.
Without even testing Shannon Mutter-Tanis (the only adult at the scene) for gunpowder residue, two deputy brothers, one from Florida, and one from Georgia, used their cell phones to coordinate the arrest of Neely Petrie-Blanchard in Georgia, based upon the eyewitness account of Tanis and Tanis’ minor daughter.
Well America…you’ve been had.
You’ve been had at the biblical level of demonic deception that you are presently witnessing across the country with the rigged Presidential election – yeah, it’s that BAD!
The Probable Cause affidavit for the arrest of Neely Petrie-Blanchard said, “It was speculated that the victim was shot by the Defendant, due to her belief that the victim might have been working against her, or working to assist the government, in keeping her children away from her.”
Total bullshit.
The murder of Hallett REQUIRES the concept (a false narrative) that Blanchard is/was ‘mentally unstable’ and had her children taken way by the State.
The November 15, 2020 murder was predicated (thus providing the element motive) on a cynical, well-calculated, MASSIVE MEDIA HOAX, which was set forth several months earlier in March of 2020, to lay the ground work for MURDER.
The HOAX included criminal conspiracy by operatives of a Domestic Terror Group who plotted to use the Chelsea Clinton publication Daily Beast, and then subsequent news stories by mainstream networks such as NBC, to report fake news about an AMBER ALERT, as well as claims the U.S. Secret Service was involved in hunting down Blanchard in March of 2020, who they claimed had “kidnapped” her children in Logan County, Kentucky – thus, setting the stage for Blanchard’s motive to murder Christopher Hallett, which would discredit Hallett’s corporation E~Clause LLC, – a corporation that does loss prevention for the U.S. Government investigating EMOLUMENT VIOLATIONS connected to – HUMAN TRAFFICKING by ATTORNEYS, CPS, Family Courts, law enforcement, and others.
INVESTIGATIVE NOTE: While we presently possess, and will eventually be presenting evidence that shows the corporate government(s) and agencies licensed by the State had no authority whatsoever to take Blanchard’s children away from her in the first place, and, powerful evidence to show Blanchard and her children were targets of international racketeering connected to human trafficking (i.e. Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell), the express purpose of this report is to prove that in March of 2020, Blanchard had written permission to have her kids with her and they were safe and happy as could be. In future reports we will NAME the conspirators and SHOW you WHAT, WHEN, WHY, WHERE, and HOW the conspiracy against Neely Petrie-Blanchard was executed.
Records show that in March of 2020, Neely Blanchard’s mother, Susan Blanchard, was feeling ill and there was COVID-19 concerns in the family – that’s WHY Blanchard went camping with her kids.
In future reports we will show you PROOF that evidence exists that very SERIOUS issues exist with Susan Blanchard.
